What counts as a "site" for billing?
A site is a single active construction project location where your team uses mobile scanning and offline sync. You can add or remove sites as projects start and finish.
Can I try SiteSupply Sentinel before committing?
Yes. We offer a 30 to 90 day pilot for a single site with capped scans and basic features. If you convert to a paid tier, pilot costs are credited toward your first month.
How are scans counted toward my monthly cap?
Every QR or RFID scan captured by any field device on the site counts toward the monthly cap. Scans are tracked in real time on your dashboard so you always know where you stand.
What happens if I exceed my scan limit?
Additional scans are billed at $0.005 to $0.01 per scan depending on your tier. You will receive an alert at 80% and 100% of your cap so there are no surprises.
Do I need special hardware for RFID?
RFID support is a software feature available on Professional and Enterprise tiers. You can use compatible third-party RFID readers, or purchase hardware bundles directly from us starting at $400 per unit.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual prepayment saves you 15% compared to monthly billing. Volume discounts are also available for organizations managing more than 5 active sites.
